This website has been made given the wish to spread the knowledge of an exciting and adventurous region in the Pyrenees in the South of France - Pyrenees-Orientales. Most photos has been taken in december and january. These months bear the stamp of fewer tourists and better possibilities to experience the region, as it is, to those, who occupies it. The weather is mostly mild and suitable for outdoors and trekking. The summer brings a lot of tourist activities.
Excursions suitable for mobility-impaired (You can drive there by car and/or there are views to be seen from a car): Tour de Goa, Saint-Martin du Canigou, The Iron Road, Casanoves, Villefranche-de-Conflent , The Little Yellow Train. You can find companies, who organize guided tours by jeeps.
